Oříšek pro Lenku Bradáčovou

Současná vrchní státní zástupkyně Lenka Bradáčová se ráda ukazuje v pozicích, jak údajně nestranně a neohroženě chrání spravedlnost - padni komu padni.

Kdo zná justici a sleduje ji blíž, dobře vidí, jaká potěmkinovská vesnice celá ta její aktivita je.

Vyberou si obvykle nějakou justiční mafii dávno nepohodlnou ovci - jako třeba soudce Havlína - a toho "příkladně ztrestaj´".

Vyberou si nějaký soud, který chtějí zviditelnit - jako třeba soud v Kladně (!!) - a tam sehrají pro mainstreamová média předem připravené divadlo - jež jim naivní a neinformovaná veřejnost spolkne i s navijákem, o hlupáčcích v rolích novinářů ani nemluvě. Ti jsou za to ostatně předem dobře zaplaceni.

Na skutečné mafiány nikdy nedosáhla, ani se toho neodvážila, to se raději odvážila napsat, že už na podněty odpovídat nebude a že na jejím postoji (jenž nám ani není znám, krom příslovečné zbabělosti a předposranosti) se nic nemění.

A protože na jejím postoji se nic nemění a protože má sama strach z justičních mafiánů jako čert z kříže - tak ti jsou samozřejmě čím dál drzejší.

Protože se jim nikdy nic nestalo, naše sdružení mají za příliš slabé, aby na ně dosáhlo, Lenku Bradáčovou za příliš zbabělou, aby se odvážila jim přistřihnout křidélka - a revoluci v dohledu zatím nevidí. Takže - čeho se bát, že ?

Ještě že jsem už pár těch udivených výrazů zdánlivě nepostižetelných lidí, na které najednou "došlo", zažil. Blázna byl jedním z nich - a byl to rozhodně pohled k nezapomenutí. :-)

Může se jim to totiž stát dřív, než se nadějí ... :-)

Ale od Lenky Bradáčové, pravda, asi sotva. To tuší správně.

Bullying? Journalist in Czech arrested just before making reportage

Journalist and activist for the rights of parents and children Jiri Fiala was arrested Wednesday, December 16 in front of the courthouse in Kladno, where he was about to shoot a reportage with the Court President JUDr. Zelenkova.

The question if he can see the arrest order, non-uniformed police retorted that they will show him. Soon they embarked on a cameraman who filmed the incident. They did not hesitate to threaten him that if shots are publish, to submit a complaint. Of course they can complain, perhaps , in the best case to editor who they were just arresting. Then they even legitimized cameraman, to which, according to the case law of the Regional Court in Brno, had no right.

Mr. Fiala was taken to a local police station, where (after the arrest was done) warrant was printed and never showed. Policemen wrote a brief report then drove Mr. Fiala to another city – Nymburk, where neither the judge nor the prosecutor did want to bear responsibility for the warrant and threw it at each other. Finally, the judge said that the proposal for the warant was filed because of paragraph a) thus escape, which in this case is particularly ridiculous because Mr. Fiala is staying at his residence, moreover he announced publicly in advance his intention to make a report in the court in Kladno. Exactly according this information police were waiting there. Thus, the judge acknowledged that this does not look like escape and canceled the warrant.

We could laugh heartily over stupidity of participating state clerks, but if we think about it more deeply, we shudder.

How is it possible that the police were arresting citizen without having a warrant?

How is it possible that they legitimize decent citizens without good reason?

Finally, how the judge may issue a warrant for the escape of someone who neither has never run away nor hides and additionally publishes when and where he goes?

I , personally, see in this case several abuse of public office, unfortunately, governing bodies either are not interested or, in this case, they are even happy because Mr. Fiala is an eyesore since 2006, when he won the International Court of Human Rights dispute with the Czech Republic and upbringing of his children.
