Vedení K 213 se dostalo oznámení o konferenci konané bez jejich účasti na pražském magistrátě.

Dear Mr. Rudolph,

from my friends we got the announcement about the conference in Prague, organized by Prague Magistrate in days 4^th - 5^th October, 2010.

We have also seen the attandance list and list of guests who are supposed to hold some speech or interview.

We must admit, we were shocked to see you among such people like Mr. Šturma of Mr. Šmolka.

First of all, I should say in beforehand, I am the chairman of the civilian association fighting expecially for fathers' rights which are seriously oppressed in the CZ. This is not only my opiniion, this is proven fact by international verdicts of the Strasbourg court. I am one of these winners, but my children I lost nevertheless in spite of this decission.

Thanks to people like Mr. Šturma and Mr. Šmolka are.

These two gentlemen (but not only they) are typical representative of old, communist and discriminating visions about fathers who should only pay children allowances to mothers without the right to see their children at all.

These two gentlemen are especially very poor psychologist, therefore they are closely connected to the existing – human rights breaking – system of state family courts which are loosers whenever they come to the international scene.

These two gentlemen are people of low moral level and very poor knowledge in their own field (psychology) – this is also the reason why they have time to spend it on such conferences. The others (better ones) have to work in between at courts, fighting for equal rights of both parents which is not understood by itself in this country yet.

We are very sorry to see you among such people which – after all – can only demage your reputation in this country, which – so far – is very high.

If you prefer a comparison, it's like organizing the conference on preventing jewish holocaust where only SS officers are invited as teachers – and you are sitting among them.

We hope you will enjoy your stay in this country, but next time we recommend to pay more attention to people whom to speak to.

If you prefer to see our everyday fight for basic human (an parents) rights, we can prepare for you an invitation to our courts where we represent fathers – in order you can see the real life of this country (and the level of the courts to which are Mr. Šmolka and Šturma connected very closely).

Ahoj Jirko,

je to velmi dobrý podnět tak renomovanému zahraničnímu soudci. Dostala se ke mě informace o tom setkání teprve minulý týden, ale protože to kolidovalo s dalšími soudy a akcemi, tak jsem do Prahy nejel.
Kéž by se ten pan soudce přišel podívat aspoň na jedno reálné jednání svých taky kolegů, soudkyň a soudců, například to v Ostravě ve věci dětí pana Škapy bylo naprosto ukázkové.

Bylo by vhodné vědět, které osoby se toho jednání zúčastnily, jaké další "skvělé" soudkyně, pracovnice OSPOD,  (ex) náměstci z ministerstva(Hošek), případně ministryně.
Pokud vím, ve Štrasburgu nezbylo než vyhrát otcům i z jiných států, ovšem  množství, podmínky a důvody těch českých jsou katastrofální.

Aleši, tam byla určitě krom Patery celá grupa spolků zabývající se dětskými
# právy. Jsou to ochránci práv dětí z povolání. Jejich cílem není pomáhat dětem,

pocitam, ze u prispevku Ceska realita v peci o deti po rozvodu rodicu, kde neni uvedeno vubec nic tj. zadny autor ani tema prispevku jste mel vystoupit
vy osobne jako clovek, ktery zna realitu v CR velmi dobre. Nebo je tomu jinak? (proto asi K213 ani vas jako predsedu nepozvali)

Existuje nejaky psany vystup z teto konference, prispevky, sbornik apod.
